Chancy Gondwe is the Managing Partner of Gondwe and Attorneys, bringing over 16 years of legal practice since his admission to the bar in 2009. He possesses an advanced academic background, holding an LLM in Commercial Law, an Executive MBA, and an LLB (Honours), all from the University of Malawi. His primary legal specialization is in Commercial and Corporate law, supplemented by extensive litigation experience in Public and Criminal law. In addition to his legal experience, he serves as a Full time Lecturer in Law of Business Organizations at the Malawi University of Applied Sciences (MUBAS). Mr Gondwe has a distinguished record of board level leadership and service. He currently chairs the Board of the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA). His previous board appointments include Chairman of the Roads Fund Administration, Member of the ADMARC Limited Board, Director and Board Secretary of Mighty Wanderers Football Club; and he is also a board member of the Association of Social Workers in Malawi (ASWIM).
